Fuel presence sensor

Eurosens LPS

Eurosens LPS is designed to detect the presence of fuel residues in the discharge lines of the gasoline tanker. Installed behind the drain valve. Transmits fuel presence status “Yes/No” via RS485 interface (LLS protocol).

It can be used in conjunction with other Eurosens sensors to monitor gas tanker operation and deliver petroleum products.

The Eurosens LPS is a capacitive sensor designed as a spacer between the standard API flange of a gasoline tanker and the drain valve.

Each independent drain is equipped with its own Eurosens LPS sensor, which transmit information via a common RS485 data bus.

The gas tanker monitoring system may also contain Eurosens Dominator fuel level sensors, Eurosens Degree tilt sensors, Eurosens DPS drain opening control sensors (for pneumatic drain control). All sensors are connected via the Eurosens Defender 24 or Eurosens Defender MAX intrinsic safety barrier.
